Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

Your order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. There will be cancellation charges i.e. 15% of the paid amount this will be given as Store Credit; the rest of the amount will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please allow time for the credit to appear in your account. After 24 hours of purchase there is no refund.

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

There is no exchange policy as per customer’s liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order.

A replacement for future purchase will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, And only in the event the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer, Provided the customer has informed Musferah Saad within 48 hours of receiving the article after that no requests will be entertained.

For International customers who are getting the order delivered in Pakistan, It is mandatory for the recipient to check and revert for any complaints within 48 hours of receiving the order, After which the company is not liable to entertain any sort of exchange/refund/chargeback or compensation.

No exchange / refund on discounted, customized orders.
Note:

Kindly note changes can only be made to an order within 72 hours of placing the order.

It is advised that clients choose outfits, sizes and colours carefully before placing orders to avoid any inconvenience later.
